The wide choice of pasta courses, for example, includes cavatelli with mushroom sauce, pappardelle with wild boar sauce, scialatelli with chickpeas and burned wheat shavings with sun-dried tomatoes, ricotta and walnuts. Even the main courses are of considerable variety, especially as regards meat: from typically Lucan pork sausage to mixed roasts up to the beef steak, in the Morgan you can taste first quality products.
